More default schemes
For instance "Intermediate without sudden death" (maybe with a more catchy name). If you create that kind of scheme yourself, it's named as "User defined" (when hosting with HostingBuddy), which often scares away joining players and which altogether is inconvenient, even if in future there'll be a better "summary" of the scheme in the lobby.
It'd be very helpful to have much more default schemes for normal type games especially! Variations of Intermediate and Elite. One of the best things about WA is the versatility of it, it's dumb to limit it by sticking to the old schemes.

Add power setting for Super Weapons

activate weapons after an action
it would be good that you could shoot only when you touched a wall (for wxw) or picked up a crate (shopper/roper). you could even make the walls react when touched.

Making a "Specialist Worm Mode" from wwp playable here.
Specialist Worm Mode is the wormpot option in wwp that allowed to create a scheme based on that.
Each of the 4 worms in the scheme could carry and use just the weapons specific to it. If a scheme was played with 8 worms, there were 2 specialist worms of each type.
Such scheme required tactic and knowing worm order to determine which worm is which specialist to plan attacks and tactics.

Pre-game flames
It would be nice if there would be an scheme option for special maps that will turn special color in them on beginning of the game into flames, that will persist 'till the end of game. Probably maps designed in that way will be mostly arcade based, or will be kind of rope race with burning walls(or other will find bunch of new schemes made from this thing... like fire surf shopper :D ). Only problem will be what if worm get stuck into the flames? But I believe that it's not to complicated to find solution for that... first…

booby-trapped crates
Simple, just like Worms1 and Worms2, crates that explode when an misadvised worm step over it.

All crates contain <weapon>
Like the All crates contain sheep option.
Except you can choose which weapons exploded crates can set off.
or alternatively, exploded crates will set-off whichever weapon it contained;

Mine fuse for mines placed by players
Make the mines placed by players have the same fuse as the scheme setting (0, 1, 2, 3, random) instead of fixed 3sec fuse. Apply to Mine Strike too.

Add health crates with random amounts
The current settings for health crate amounts range from 0 to 255. I suggest that the setting for 0 be changed to random, which would be from 1hp up to half of the worm's starting hp (e.g 1 to 50).

Delayed Weapon/Utility after using it.
It would be nice to delay a weapon in-game after using it some turns (1 , 2 , 3 , etc) or seconds (10, 20 , etc) in /sdet games (rubberworm) and utilities (jetpack , rope , parachute , bungee , etc) , in normal games.
It will be very useful for Real Time games too.

I think that the player should be able to see the retreat time clock , as in the Replays

Add greater functionality for the water level adjustment
For those that are not aware of this feature in the map editor because

To elaborate, it would be great if the water level could actually fall
as well to maybe reveal more land underneath it or maybe even rise again
afterwards to have some sort of high-tide/low-tide effect. May have some

invisibility, the camera and sound
I like to suggest, if it's possible, that the camera do not follows invisible worms. It's useless to use it if an opponent uses a low resolution and knows exactly where you are.
Also, in a sidenote, the worms still makes sounds when, for example, jumps invisible. I personally think that i'l be good if it doesn't1 voteSomewhat of a duplicate to:

Allow fine-tuning of all numerical options in the game settings screen
I would like to have the ability to fine tune all options in the game settings screen without having to use external scheme editors.
In particular, it would be good if we could set the number of rounds required to win the match to every value between 1 and 9 (at the moment you can't select 4, 6 or 8 rounds to win). Also, it would be nice if we could fine-tune weapon, utility and health crate probabilites (that is, select an exact percentage of a given type of crate falling, rather than the current system of setting probabilities from…

Make "rope remembered" setting in the scheme
Make it so when you drop any weapon from ninja-rope you will still have ninja-rope at the start of your next turn.
For some strange reason when you drop banana from rope your next turn starts with rope (banana is not remembered), but if you drop for example grenade or bazooka (which are remembered) then your next turn starts with the weapons in your hand instead of rope. Which causes you to accidentally shoot yourself instead of starting to rope, especially when water level is raised in roper maps and u're standin in water and not able to see which…

Be able to change what a utility crate can have.
It will be nice to set what do you want to fall in Utility crates , for example , in the classic rubbergame with no weps and lots of crates falling , the Utility "Crateshower" lags a lot and people try to dont collect it.
Just a menu in ammo menu with % too of what type of utility can appear, for example (10% x2 damage , 5% jetpack , 20% low gravity , etc)

select the number of ammo that a crate contains for each weapon
For exemple when you collect a crate and it is cluster bomb. You will receive x3 ammo (not x1 like the bazooka). I think this could be set for each weapon.
