random flag/grave + grave/flag depending on teamcolor
I would like to be able to automatically change my flag/grave depending on my team color.
Also I'd like to be able to set a folder as my flag/grave and everytime I start a game it choose one randomly.6 votes -
idea
this annoyed me since day 1: if you select chute or anything else before you pick up a crate in t17, it will show "parachute" on top of the map and not the weapon i picked up. first problem is, that you might not have the time to right click and check what you got and the second problem is that you have to search for the weapon if you already got like 10 weapongs in your inventory. should be fixed. lets see if it happens. shouldn't be a too big deal.

Login to wormnet and simple user accounts
Login as other online games, and assign to user account statistics: how many times the player has played, how many times won, how many times left from the game.

Specific aiming angle at the start of each turn as a scheme option
By default, the angle is set to 0 degrees (horizontal aim). But what if I need to set 45 degrees?
For roping it is better to have horizontal aim for sure, but it would be really nice to have diagonal aims for fast-paced schemes like Hysteria, BnG, and other related schemes.
P.S. bring the auto reaim from /ts as a scheme option :D

Worms recognize HostingBuddy commands even when the game is hosted by user
A friend of mine and I had problems connecting to games hosted normally, so for a long time we used HostingBuddy. Nowadays we are able to host games and connect to each other in the normal way, but I really miss the handy commands that hostingbuddy understood, such as !wmbd xxxx and !wsdb yyy (and many more).
Is it possible to make worms understand these commands even when the game is hosted the normal way?5 votes -
Ending time for retreat by pressing a key
By pressing space (or some other key) player who already attacked, retreated and dont want to move away can skip the rest of time.
I think the best solution is space when move normally, and enter when moving with BattyRope, but maybe it should be different to not confuse players.0 votes -
Enlarge flag/fanfare/soundbank limit on team options
There is a limit for all the flags used on Worms Armageddon and as far as I'm concerned, you don't have a possibility to choose from more than 150 installed flags while creating/modifying any team on WA. I think the same goes to fanfares and soundbanks but only experienced such a limit when speaking of flags. I would like to create myself a grand collection of various flags (mostly national) but I'm not able to since the issue.

Disable Crate Spawn of an ''/afk Player''
if a Player typed /afk, the crate for him shouldn't spawn, so other will not be able to collect his weapon. maybe also the Skipped turn of him should be just ignored, so the game will not be disturbed in any way of him.

A new AI?
As of 2013, Armageddon's AI is VERY outdated. It wouldn't be a bad idea if its AI could be improved. Since it's already very accurate at high levels, it's probably the only thing that shouldn't be changed:
- Grenades: The AI never takes bouncing into account. I don't think making that happen could be very difficult (As Reloaded and Revolution's AI pulls impossible grenade throws with little effort). While it cannot use fragmented grenades (Cluster Bombs, Banana Bombs) well either... they are too random, so it's understandable (High-level AI could put Cluster Bombs and Banana Bombs just under the target, as…

UI Scaling
How about you allow us to choose the size of the weapon selection menu?
On 16:9 resolutions it is quite unreadable to me, if possible, I wish I could scale the size of that menu.

Ability to manually remove objects from the terrain.
Caveshoppers are popular in TUS atm (shopper maps in the WA level editor by editing a cave). It's nice to have a few objects in them, but quite often the objects are blocking paths or are in other undesirable places. It would be nice to be able to remove objects that are messing the map up, while maintaining those that are nicely placed.
And possibly... be able to add/move/replace objects.3 votes -
HostingBuddy - Project X Scheme Hosting Feature
In this feature HostingBuddy would be also hosting Project X schemes & User Project X schemes.
!pxhost schemename <ctf, jump race, glide race, rope race, normal, normalFoW) and the HostingBuddy hosts the selected scheme.

Custom Theme (in W:A Terrain Editor)
The idea is that the player could create own texture in worms armageddon and use it later.

Scheme options
This may be asking too much but here they go:
Mystery crates: scheme option that will include mystery crates, as seen in Worms 4: Mayhem. Mystery crates will either be like weapon crates (the easy way, but I see problems with this) or their will be other crates (weapon crate upside down). The crate probability is similar to super weapons.
From Mayhem:
Barrel ‘o’ Laughs – A random barrel will explode.
Big Guns – You will receive a super weapon.
Bring on the Mines – A random number of mines are dropped (or teleported) randomly on the map.

Scribble Feature
A lot of hardcore gamers think up plans of what they want to do several turns before, so why not add a scribble feature so they can quickly note down on the screen what they want to do? Also, the scribbles can be toggled with a hotkey and the scribbles can't be seen by others (when online).

Different team settings - User Missions
Option to make different settings for each team (different health and weapons) would be perfect for making new WA game types. E.g.: Conquering the castle or also best would be user missions editor for single player with possibility download it and play it offline at home.

Touch screen support
Yes, I know this is crazy for the game this old, but why not? With this whole new idea of operating Windows 8 with touch screen of convertible tablets/laptops.
It would require of course desigining of some new gestures (some can be taken from Win8, i.e. sliding finger from right border) and some additions to interface, i.e. places where you can tap for jump or shoot. And there is this aiming thing...
