  1. The volume control in a game acts for both music and sound fx. But the sound fx are a bit louder then the music, which is annoying at times when you just want to listen to the music (which is really great btw).

Would it be possible to add volume control for just the music inside the game? Kind of like having 2 volume bars, one for sound fx and the other for the music.

  2. The Steam version of the game and even the accompanying FLAC soundtrack includes the awful quality music from the original PC version, with a sample rate of only 16 kHz! The music from the PS1 version is full CD quality (44.1 kHz) and sounds much better. The .WAV files in the DATA\Streams folder of the Steam version of the game can be replaced with the .WAV files from the PS1 disc image without problems.

Why not include the higher quality music files with the Steam version?

  3. What this means is i would like a feature where you the landscape you choose have preset music track.
Like for instance if you choose Forest it will play music tracks with the word Forest or Wood in it. Maybe just make it forest and it will look for those files in the DATA/Streams. This feature should be created so its possible to change the music of Worms Armageddon landscapes and choose what kind of music to play at each landscape.

Basically i just want it to be like it was in Worms 1 :)

  6. WA doesn't support surround sound being a 2D game, but why not make use of any unused speakers by having them play the background music?
Most of these music tracks actually have ambient sound effects within them (like rain) which would sound great in surround sound.

  7. I think that a hotkey to switch between ingame files to play in a game would be cool.

Sometimes we prefer a texture for a concrete scheme (like fruits for elite) , but we like a particular backround music , even we could put the title music or the stats one.

It would also be cool to be able to mute the backround music , but no the effects (walk , speeches , booms , etc). So we could play with our music player any music file as backround music.

    Opinions?

  8. When enabling this mode, the game mutes every sound effect and music track except for the most important gameplay-related effects: turn-end and mine activation beeps. (Am i missing another one?)
This way players can listen to music without having to either mute in-game sound or have sound effects disturb the music.

  10. When sound hunting in a movie or video game clips, it often happens we have to pick among a couple clips for 1 reaction. It would be nice if we could put more than 1 clip for 1 reaction.

    Example:
    KAMIKAZE(1).wav: "Good bye cruel world"
KAMIKAZE(2).wav: "I must go, my people need me"
    KAMIKAZE(3).wav: "TORA TORA TORA"

The soundfiles would be randomly picked or cycled.

'(number)' is just an example format. I think by now you understand what I mean.

  11. Worms speeches in Games can be very annoying.
Please make an Option that we can disable Worms speeches,
    but let Rope/Weapon Effects enabled.
