Add more Spectator slots for hosted games
Extra slots should be configurable by the host. This would allow more than (7 - # of Teams) people to be in a game that, for some reason, many people would like to spectate it live (either to look or chat). Examples: popular tournament finals, clan matches with lots of members present from the duelling clans, playoff matches for leagues, matches between clan members with many members online, etc.

It would be much easier to do this outside W:A, kind-of-like a retranslation bot. That would resolve all the UI design and protocol issues. Would that work as a compromise?

if 4.0 have new format for replays, maybe create player W:A, with online games, for example HB can upload game in online on server :D

Just do it like HLTV
spectators can chat, but the players who are actually ingame can decide if they want to read the spectatorchat or not. -

I think an exturnal spectator program would be great for tornements.
Would it take up alot of upload bandwidth from the host? -
It would work as both a W:A client and host. It would join the game and allow other people to connect to it. It could even be automated to automatically watch the game list during special events, join games and host up "spectation" hosts to which spectators would connect.

If it's even possible, yeah, would be nice to see.
