Mine fuse for mines placed by players
Make the mines placed by players have the same fuse as the scheme setting (0, 1, 2, 3, random) instead of fixed 3sec fuse. Apply to Mine Strike too.
This should be easy to add in the new scheme format.

That's pretty cool idea. I like it! (of course mine shouldn't be instant the moment you throw it, but once it's activated, it should explode instantly)

I really don't think this is necessary at the moment. When Fiddler scheme compatibility is implemented, this will be possible.
