Improved netplay for better matchmaking experience
Usually when we play on wormnet or local and one of the players get disconnected or desync appears due bad connection which one of those happens for many reasons, then this player can't join back to the game, this is not good.
I have several ideas.
1. Better synchronization of the netplay code, also when one of the players gets dropped game automatically to pause up for some amount of time which host defined to give opportunity to the player to rejoin again.
2. If player do not get back after that period of time, then cpu takes his place.…3 votes -
Worms Forts: Under Seige-style Schemes
This would make fort games much better. These options would be the same as Worms Forts, but with these changes.
1. Add all the options currently in the game
2. Scheme creators pick the look of the buildings
3. Two sides at maximum (Due to the limitations of 2D graphics)
4. Scheme creators pick which weapon would require which building

In-game Manual
Since you rejected both WKB integration and Wormopedia, you're leaving new players in the dark. Why not give access to the manual in-game? That way, you can attract more new players and make them pros much faster.

More weapon customization, like in fiddler or worms2.
PLEASE make it so you can customize weapons like in worms2 or fiddler, if you make even more customization, i will be even happier! Also, here's a question, you are still working on 4.0, right?...

Reward quick play; remaining turn time is added to worm health.
Disabled by default, this option would be configurable before the game begins.
It would increase the overall speed of play and encourage riskier (faster) roping in schemes such as shopper.

Seeing default blue water 24/7 is quite boring. How about an option to keep acid mode enabled without a need of typing /h2so4 each time I start W:A?

Introduce a New weapon called "Super Fart". which fires in the opposite direction.
Introduce a New weapon called "Super Fart". which fires in the opposite direction.
So if enemy worm is in front, worm should face opposite direction to use Super Fart weapons.

Skipping a turn gives remaining time as extra time for the next turn
maybe for rope races where you have 10 seconds left and come to a huge 20 seconds climb, you skip a turn so those 10 seconds are not lost

Let every team to have different weapon select and options settings*
Maybe it is impossible or Team17 woudln't agree with this idea, but, if company (with Cybershadow) will agree (or it is able to do it in rewritten engine), it'll be fun to play with player, that have team of worms with not the same weapon select, different health, etc.
And I'll guess nobody will agree with this idea, especially Cybershadow with Team17, due to Worms "standards"*I mean worm options (health, treat time after using or dropping weapon, how long can you move your worms, availability to move your worms, ammo stocking, positioning)

export replay sound
It would be extremely useful to have some sort of sound output when exporting frames from a replay with /getvideo.
Currently the only way is to record gameplay sounds and then hope that syncs up with the frame output.
Exporting the frames is unaffected by lag but this method of capturing sound is not. It will record the extra silence, thus throwing the sync completely off.
Despite this issue /getvideo is still arguably the best way to record W:A, at least to get the video output.
Exporting sound would complete the feature and make it easy to have frame perfect…

Wormnet - Hosting buddy upgrades
Make hosting easier. Meaning, !wsdb and !wmdb commands could be replaced with gui which will upload from your files the scheme or map you want.
Maybe also, the ability to create your own hosting buddy scheme. Saved. So for example, !savemode <name of game mode>. And the next day you just use !host <name of game mode>.

Golden health crate that heals your entire team when picked
It could be cool if there was a different type of health crates (for example golden health crates) that would heal your entire team for 10 - 25 health when picked (configurable).

Allow maps to set the mouse starting position
It would be very handy if there was a way for map makers to set the starting position of the mouse on a map. Especially for such maps as big rope race and other large maps.
It can be tedious if you cant find the start of a map in time, which can have you end up having to restart the game if you cant find it on time.
Some maps work around this by putting the start in the exact center but this can be difficult to achieve and may not be ideal at all in some cases.

Terrian Editor on options
It would be a little more helpful if we could get to the terrain editor right on the options menu

defining turn order
Who would like the ability to define the turn order rather then have it always be random? add an extra coloumn of boxes next to the health bias/team colour containing numbers from 1 - 6 determining turn order.

The more Damage you inflict, the larger the explosion of the dyign worm.
So say an enemy worm has 5 life left and you sheep him and he loses 60. He should explode much larger then if you use a shotgun to kill him.

When I roll-over the player list in the multiplayer lobby, it only says "The players in the current game" at the bottom of the screen.Why not say something like " The players in the current game. RIGHT-CLICK to send private messages or (for hosts) CLICK to kick the player. "?

Be able to set values of the poison of the Nuclear Bomb sudden death option
The same way that it is possible to set the flooding speed, i think that the poison of the Nuclear Bomb option could be set too. The combination of the flooding speed with the chosen values of the Nuclear Bomb could do a very strategic scheme.
