And i also feel that not doing it becuase of a few people who could fake it for whatever reason is not fair to the honest community/players.

Instead of making it configurable in every conceivable way, how about we agree on some options which would be useful the most? Everyone seems to agree that having the screen follow invisible worms can be bad… what else?
An error occurred while saving the comment Ricky commentedAlso what Franpa said, in its present form invisibility is really no good because camera follows the worm and gives the opponent an idea of location of the worm so at least this should be corrected.

If you’d like to see this idea implemented, we need to decide when each of these sounds should be played. The proposed idea (100% practical damage, possibly at long distances) is good but it doesn’t mention how the sound is chosen. It’d be nice to get a discussion going with some ideas for each, but nothing too hard to implement. You may want to also check how these sounds appear in other soundbanks, as well.

Ranks and secure logins are part of 4.0’s WormNET design. However, I don’t see strong reasons (and lots of counter-reasons) to keep anonymous logins in 4.0. Also, how the ranks, experience etc. are calculated remains an open and very complicated question.

Sorry i did not see your reply:), my opinion is that at the moment the game is free for all, if the ranks are added the community will become fragmented, but if ranks must be added then at least have a modern indigenous system for it which does not divide the community.
Would love this!
