An error occurred while saving the comment compawo commentedI think it is easy and needed.... CPU does this. It should be just space (or maybe tab) after shoot. You can just shoot and dont wait those 10 seconds when you dont need to hide, or like in shopper when you fall off and cant go back on rope whats the point of moving? just skip and let others play.

This is a complicated question. We intend to add this for 4.0, however this is complicated by that it’d be too easy to annoy people with custom soundbanks -therefore they must be easily mute-able.

i think its needed. And it does not give disadvantage you have the same in cs1.6 where you can make smoke realistic, performance-heavy, or just blocks and you therefore can't see anything;) its up to you and your hardware. This should be very easy with directx and opengl, probably not so hard on software.
