It's very annoying when I have to screw up the whole schemes (examples include, but aren't limited to: Paranoia, Awful [yep, it's really a scheme I put. In fact, it's why I made this suggestion in the first place], my "Tornado" schemes, and even Kaos) just to get them into hostingbuddy. I discovered that when I tried to put the "Awful" scheme at http://www.tus-wa.com/schemes/scheme-1311/ into wsdb. I mean, there should be support for non-standard scheme options. That'll make hostingbuddy much more appealing.7 votes

I tend to see alot of people who dont know how to use every setting of hosting buddy and typing things they think may work like !setheathcrate or !changemap
!nobanana and not knowing the correct hot key for the action.
How about adding some extra options to adjust same settings.
eg. !ammo or !bullets doing the same thing.

It would be nice to be able to put multiple commands in one line. Maybe just the !sign would tell the parser that new command begins, such as in "!blood on !ammo jetpack 1".
Would be useful for pasting a command line to tweak a scheme, specially because W:A seems to mess the ammo on utilities as soon as you make a little change in the options, and even when loading a scheme from USDB utilities ammo disappears. (it would also be nice if that behavior on W:A could be fixed)3 votes
Normally, the host gets to pick his teammates which can potentially put the opposing team(s) at a disadvantage. By allowing HostingBuddy to randomly assign teams instead, bias of this nature can be avoided.
Example commands could include !2v2, !3v3, !2v2v2. HostingBuddy would return an error if the selected option was not compatible with the number of player teams.3 votes
HB could include, in its map choice pool, a compilation of mostly .BIT maps that would be considered optimal for league use, as well as schemes. With a specific command one could swap between normal and league maps as well as schemes. Perhaps even before the game (!host league)1 vote
