Scheme rules enforceable by the game engine
There are many game schemes that have grown popular and are well-established among the WA players, yet enacting their rules still remains reiiant on informal agreements made between the players, who need to oversee the match and pay attention to whether everyone follows them or not. Having the game engine support for this would be a great feature to implement, and would make the game even more enjoyable.

If you're playing a scheme with certain rules to them (roper, shopper, x race, etc.), we should be able to add the rules to the schemes so that the game runs a little more smoothly. For example, in shoppers and ropers, you have the "crate before attack" rule. The scheme would restrict a player from using an attack until they picked up a crate.
For the race schemes, it's simply automatic worm placement on the map at Start. A map maker can have an area of the map colored a certain color (that becomes a transparent area) that will be a start position. The scheme will place the worms randomly in the area of that color. If the map doesn't have that area, then the scheme will use manual worm placement. What do you think?
