Skip animation beetwen turn ends and turn start
To make the gameplay more rapid, I suggest a feature: when a turn ends, the following happens: worm say "uuups", or "you missed" or somebody die: animation happens. Then next turn takes place. What if these animations would be turned off between turns? It would rapid the gameplay, and normalers wont get bored of that!
I don't see any reason why you are trying to save those few seconds between turns. Would you explain that?
