Implement a new 'random' scheme
Add a new standard scheme which randomizes the game settings, but it should be limited to keep the game skillful.

There are a couple of programs that can already create random schemes, maybe they can be integrated in the same way MapGen's capabilities were. Although a simple randomiser would be good, people will definitely want more and more options (to ban or force certain weapons/options for example)

Radical idear. A random weapon game would fun, 8 random weapons get selected each turn, or something.

- Possibly add two versions: one which is fairly limited, and one which randomizes everything (add super weapons, mess around with the weapon power settings). The first version requires skill to play, the second one is just for giggles.
- The settings should be generated when the game starts to ensure everything is fully randomized and nobody will see the settings in advance.
